Products

Our products are handcrafted from natural wood. Each piece has unique grain, colour and shape variations. Images are illustrative; your product may differ slightly without affecting its quality or agreed specifications.

Orders & Payments

Please check your product selection, dimensions and delivery details before ordering. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment and availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

Bespoke specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Prices & Delivery

Prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will notify you of significant delays.

Installation & Care

Products must be installed correctly and used in accordance with our care instructions. Please check dimensions and installation requirements before purchase.

Returns & Warranty

Our washbasins include a two-year replacement warranty, subject to the terms and care requirements in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. Please review that policy before ordering.
