HAND CLEANING
Each basin is manually cleaned with a brush to remove wood powder and loose particles.
SANDING
Multi-stage sanding creates an ultra-smooth surface ready for premium finishing.
AIR DRYING
Wood is naturally air-dried under controlled conditions to balance internal moisture.
KILN DRYING
Controlled kiln drying reduces moisture content to 8–12%, preventing warping and cracking.
EPOXY COATING
A crystal-clear epoxy layer seals the wood and enhances water resistance
MARINE GRADE PROTECTIVE COATING

CURING
